AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 954, THE ZONING ORDINANCE, TO REZONE FROM R-2 TO R-1, CERTAIN PROPERTY (2100 BLOCK OF HARRISBURG)

WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission has heard all persons desiring to be heard regarding the proposed rezoning of certain property generally located in the 2100 block of Harrisburg Road, and has recommended to the City Council rezoning as described below;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
That Ordinance No. 954, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended by the change in zoning district classification, from R-2 Residential to R-1 Residential, for the following described property: Lots 11, 12, 13, and 14 of Teasdale Acres, and Crafton's Addition to the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas.
