1. Call to order by Mayor at 6:30 p.m.

3. Approval of minutes from December 1, 1997, as provided.
4. City Attorney:
(A) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on West Washington Ave. Extended, directly east and adjacent to 2900 West Washington. (Son-Tina Enterprises, Inc.)
(B) 3rd reading - Ordinance to relocate a portion of street easement located across the easterly side of Lot 8 of Block "E" in the Dunwoody-Huntcliff Estates. (Frank Macon)
(C) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Residential (R-2), located on the south side of W. Matthews Avenue, west of Freeman Street. (Mack Fleming)
(D) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Commercial (C-3) to Residential (R-3), located on the west side of Western Gales Drive, north of Sage Meadows Blvd. (Sage Meadows)
(E) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-2) to Industrial (I-1), located on the northwest corner of Highland Drive and Easley Lane. (Gene Pruitt)
5. Resolution to allow Sigma Chi Fraternity to participate in the Adopt a Street program.
