A RESOLUTION TO CONTRACT WITH CLANCY SYSTEMS FOR A PARKING CITATION SOFTWARE AND TRACKING SYSTEM

WHEREAS, City of Jonesboro has determined that computerizing and monitoring of its downtown parking citations will be of benefit; and

WHEREAS, Clancy Systems is in the business of providing a computerized parking control and enforcement systems that may prove to be effective and compliment City of Jonesboro parking operations; and

WHEREAS, Clancy Systems has evidenced a willingness to install and implement its system for City of Jonesboro on a service contract basis, and  

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas has reviewed the contract by Clancy Systems for Parking Software and Hardware.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:  

Section 1:  The City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas has approved the contract, and

Section 2:   Thy City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Jonesboro to sign and enter into a contract with Clancy Systems for the Parking Citation Software and Tracking Systems.
