RESOLUTION EXECUTING A DEED FOR THE RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR ARKANSAS LOUISIANA GAS COMPANY

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute and deliver on behalf of the City of Jonesboro a proposed right-of-way deed or easement in favor of Arkansas Louisiana Gas Company over and through certain lands situated in the County of Craighead, State of Arkansas, described as follows:
A Strip of land 20 feet wide, 5 feet inside the private property running adjacent and parallel to the property line fence, across part of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter and Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and part of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 14 North, Range 4 East. After construction is complete the right-of-way will be reduced to 10 feet wide. Right-of-way will be left in same condition prior to construction.
The said above described properties now held for airport purposes and the same is subject to the approval by the Municipal Airport Commission.
