RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS APPROVING THE ACTION PLAN FOR THE CITY, DATED OCTOBER 16, 2000 INCLUDING THE 2001 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROJECTS AND BUDGET (NOTE: THIS RESOLUTION WAS AMENDED BY RES-02:753 ON OCTOBER 21, 2002; RES-02:769 ON JULY 15, 2002; RES-04:610 ON APRIL 5, 2004; RES-05:474 ON APRIL 19, 2005; RES-05:425 ON AUGUST 16, 2005)

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro is required to hold at least one public hearing and approve their Action Plan for the fifth year of the Five Year Consolidated Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Action Plan contains the fifth year (2001) Community Development projects and budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JONESBORO, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That the Action Plan, dated October 16, 2000, attached hereto is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: That the fifth year (2001) CDBG Projects and Budget are noted and approved as a part of the Plan.
SECTION 3: That the Mayor or C D Grants Coordinator is directed to sign all documents, as necessary to assure the Action Plan is submitted to the Department of Housing and Urban Development on or about November 15, 2000.
SECTION 4: That any and all resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby waived.
SECTION 5: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
