RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT LOCUST AND MARCOM STREETS INTO THE JONESBORO CITY STREET SYSTEM

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

 

WHEREAS, THE Street Committee of the Jonesboro City Council has approved for acceptance into the Jonesboro City Street System the following streets: Marcom and Locust Street: located in the Western Heights Sub-division, as reflected on the revised plat of Western Heights Sub-division, as prepared by Fred Haywood, Registered Civil Engineer, on March 12, 1958; Marcom Street being 443.3 feet long and Locust Street being 1795.3 feet long.

 

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that the above described streets are hereby accepted and made a part of the street system of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas.

 

PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 1958.
