RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF 4 DIFFERENT PROPERTIES AND ISSUING CAPITAL NOTES FOR ALL

BE IT RESOLVED that under provisions of Ordinance #1123, the City of Jonesboro purchase and issue Capital Notes for following properties. Upon purchase being completed, the Mayor and City Clerk shall file with the recorder of Craighead County a Certificate, accurately describing the tracts and acknowledging Real Estate Lien or Mortgage securing notes described in Ordinance 1123.
(1) “Warner” Tract, between Washington Avenue, City Cemetery and American Legion property.
(2) Parking lot on Matthews across from St. Bernard’s Hospital.
(3) Washington Avenue, Lots 18 and 19 of Cobb’s Survey of Southwest Quarter of Southeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 14 North, Range 4 East.
(4) “Bridger” Tracts near Intersection of Cate and East Street, Lots 11, 12 13 and 14 in Block “A”; Lot 1 in Block “B” of Thorne’s Church Street Addition, and North 50 feet of Tract 10 of Cobb’s Survey of Northwest Quarter of Southeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 14 North, Range 4 East.
