AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE NAME OF THE NORTHEAST ARKANSAS REGIONAL SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL AUTHORITY TO THE CRAIGHEAD COUNTY SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL AUTHORITY

BE IT ORDAINED   by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

SECTION 1: That the name of the Northeast Arkansas Regional Solid Waste Disposal Authority be changed to the Craighead County Solid Waste Disposal Authority.

SECTION 2: This Ordinance being necessary for the financial continuity of the City of Jonesboro, there is hereby declared to be an emergency and this Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage and approval.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7^th day of January, 1991.
