AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 954 KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CHANGE IN ZONING BOUNDARIES

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

Section 1: That Ordinance No.954 known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro is amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the change in zoning district boundaries as follows:  From Residential (R-2) to Commercial (C-3) of property described as follows: (Rebel Tire, Inc. adjacent to National Road and Highland - Mooney.)

Lot 3, Block F, Viking Addition, Jonesboro, Arkansas, as recorded in Plat Book 123 page 110 in the office of the Circuit Court Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder, Craighead County, Jonesboro, Arkansas.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 4^th day of November, 1985.
