AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 14 KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CHANGE IN ZONING BOUNDARIES.

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

Section 1.  That Title 14 known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro be amended by the change in zoning district boundaries as follows:

From Residential (R-1) to C-4 Limited Use Overlay of property described as follows:  Lot 8 of Clearview Estates Subdivision of Southeast Quarter, Southeast Quarter, Section 3, Township 13 North, Range 3 East.

Section 2.  Limited to a use of quiet light commercial assembly of small electrical components.

Section 3. There are also the following stipulations as requested by the City Council:

a.      No signage on the property

b.      No more than five (5) employees

c.      Lighting levels at zero foot candles must be maintained at the property line
