BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: Title 14 known as the zoning ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classification as follows:
From (C-3), (C-5) to (R-3) the following described property:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A part of the Northeast Quarter and the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 14 North - Range 4 East being more particularly described as follows: Begin at the center of Section 32, Township 14 North, Range 4 East; Thence N88\12722'15"W- 600.08' to the Point of Beginning proper; Thence S01\12737'45"W-220.00'; Thence N88\12722'15 W-198.00'; Thence N01\12737'45"E - 220.00' to the South Right of Way line of Lakewood Drive; Thence S88\12722'15"E along said Right of Way line - 198.00' to the Point of Beginning proper containing 1.00 acre more or less subject to all rights of way and easements of record.
