A. 1^st Reading - Ordinance to abandon an unnamed street, west of Mead Drive running parallel with Parker Road. (James Mead)

B. 1^st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Commercial C-3 to Industrial I-1, located 600 feet north of West Washington, west of Stratford Drive. (Max Dacus, Jr.)

C. 1^st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential R-1 to Residential R-2, located on the northwest corner and on the southwest corner of Paragould and Jettyl Streets. (Eddie Foster)

D. 1^st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential R-1 to Industrial I-1, located at 3105 W. Washington Avenue. (Dan Hogan)
