BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Jonesboro that S.L. Davis and W.M. Davis, both of whom are residents and owners of real property within the district of the City Water and Light Plant of the City of Jonesboro, be and they are each named as judges for the February 18, 1971, election in said improvement district and that Jettie Burk, Ione Armstrong and Constance Porter, all of whom are residents and owners of real estate within said district, be and they are named as Clerks for said election.

PASSED and ADOPTED 15^th day of February, 1971.
