RESOLUTION TO EXPRESS APPRECIATION TO HARRIS GILLIAM FOR HIS SERVICE TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO AND ITS CITIZENS AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR THE JONESBORO HOUSING AUTHORITY

WHEREAS, Mr. Harris Gilliam has served the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas on the Board of Directors of the Jonesboro Housing Authority since January, of 1973, and
WHEREAS, the Jonesboro City Council desires this resolution a part of the permanent record, and
WHEREAS, that the City Council recognizes the excellent and untiring service Harris Gilliam has rendered to the City of Jonesboro and its citizens during these years he has served as Director.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Harris Gilliam has performed a great service for our City and its people and the City Council and the citizens of Jonesboro greatly appreciate his service.
