Craighead County entered into a lease agreement for space in the Justice Complex. The resolution is RES-15:018 and was approved by the City Council on March 3, 2015. The contract is for $24,374.91 per year. The contract term is from March 4, 2015, to March 4, 2018, and will then be converted to a monthly lease until suc h time as a new lease agreement is signed.
