#1 SP92-15 Ringier America requested approval of site plans for a building expansion of approximately 203,500 sq. ft. The existing building contains approximately 202,000 sq. ft. The property is located on the southeast corner of Industrial Drive and Krueger Drive.
Most of the discussion on this project concerned the storm water drainage from the site and a parking arrangement. The City Engineer stated that the proposed swale should continue all the way to the ditch. Improving the drainage in the area may include lowering the existing pipe under the railroad. Revised plans showing the drainage are to be finished.
A motion was made by Mr. Coleman and seconded by Mr. Little to approve the site plan. Voting was 6 in favor, 0 opposed, REQUEST APPROVED.
