Body

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas desires to accept the property described as follows for maintenance:

A 20’ Drainage Easement crossing Lots 6 and 7 of Jason Willis replat of a part of the west half of Section 8, Township 14 North, Range 4 East as shown by plat in the Office of Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder, Craighead County Arkansas

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

SECTION 1.                     The Mayor, Doug Formon, and the City Clerk, Donna Jackson, are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas to accept the permanent drainage easement described above.
