The City Planning Commission of Jonesboro, Arkansas, met in regular session on Thursday, November 7, 1957, at 7:30 P.M., in the Engineering Office of City Water and Light Plant.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Planning Commissioners Charles Frierson, Mrs. Clifford Hill, Minor Markle, Lloyd Rebsamen, and Elmer A. Stuck.

MEMBERS ABSENT: Planning Commissioners Jesse Banks, Dean Ellis, Al Hendrix, and Neal B. Thayer.

Chairman Stuck presided and Charles Frierson acted as secretary.

Engineer Fred Haywood discussed with the commission the W.E. Pyle Second Addition, and the same was approved, subject to requirement that access streets and plan of future development and drainage of the lots and the tract of land to the east of the southern part of the addition be shown. (Haywood subsequently filed a plat that meets the requirements of the commission.)
