3. Approval of minutes from August 20, 2001 as delivered.

4. City Attorney:

A. 1st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-2) to Commercial (C-5 LU-O) Limited Use Overlay for Professional Offices, located at 418 W. Matthews. (Sam Hester)

B. 1st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on the west side of Southwest Drive, south Harwood Drive and west of Oak Park Drive. (Ruben Griffin)

C. 1st Reading - Ordinance to vacate an unimproved seven and on half foot utility easement and a ten foot drainage easement located in Block “D” of Forest Green Phase III Subdivision. (Bob Gibson, Greenmeadows Development)

5. Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to transfer property which was donated by North Main Baptist Church to Mr. Billy Sartain.
