A. 3rd Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Residential (R-2), located on the northwest corner and on the southwest corner of Paragould and Jettyl Street. (Eddie Foster)
B. 1st Reading - Ordinance to vacate an unimproved portion of Ransom Lane of McDaniels 4th Addition. (John Ward)
5. Resolution to proceed with condemnation action at 519 and 525 North Church Street, Jonesboro, Arkansas. (Doug Little, Code Enforcement Officer)
