RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED CONVEYING PROPERTY TO ED WARMACK

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that the Mayor of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, is authorized to execute a deed attested by the City Clerk on behalf of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, conveying to Ed Warmack the following described real estate: (Berl Smith Property)
A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 20; thence South 20 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 140 feet; thence West 210 feet; thence North 140 feet; thence East 210 feet to the point of beginning, in Craighead County, Arkansas. Except that grantor, City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, reserves for itself and does hereby lay off and dedicate to the public use forever as a street or highway the North 60 feet of the within described tract of land; upon payment of the sum of Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00) to the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas.
