RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING JONESBORO FIRE DEPARTMENT, CITY OF JONESBORO TO PROVIDE MUTUAL AID TO FIRE DEPARTMENTS IN CRAIGHEAD COUNTY

WHEREAS, there is a need for Fire Protection within Craighead County.
WHEREAS, other Fire Departments are in need of assistance for Equipment, Fire Trucks and Manpower.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that
1. The City of Jonesboro, Arkansas shall provide mutual aid to the following Fire Departments in Craighead County. With the understanding that the mutual aid agreement will not jeopardize the insurance Service Office 4th Class Fire Rating.
Philadelphia Fire Department
Bono Fire Department
Brookland Fire Department
Farrville Fire Department
Bay Fire Department
Southridge Fire Department
Lake City Fire Department
Cash Fire Department
Egypt Fire Department
PASSED AND ADOPTED the 15th day of June, 1992.
