BE IT RESOLVED by majority vote of the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that Jonesboro Cable T.T. have the authority to increase its rates for services to customers in the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, by fifty cents (.50) per month for each additional outlet furnished in the same location.
