BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

SECTION 1: Section (g) of Section 15.08.02 shall be amended to read as follows:

(g) A receipt from the city acknowledging payment of a filing fee. The city shall collect a fee of Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) per plat plus Sixty Cents ($ .60) per lot. The plat will not be reviewed until the fee has been collected.
