RESOLUTION TO EXPRESS APPRECIATION TO CHIEF ED CUNNINGHAM FOR HIS SERVICE TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO AND ITS CITIZENS AS THE CHIEF OF THE POLICE FORCE

WHEREAS, Chief Ed Cunningham has served the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas as the Chief of Police Force since September 1, 1979;

WHEREAS, the City council desires to make this resolution a part of the permanent record;

WHEREAS, that the City Council recognizes the excellent and untiring service Chief Ed Cunningham has rendered to the City of Jonesboro and its Citizens during these years he has served as the Chief of Police.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, Chief Ed Cunningham has performed a great service for our City and its people and the City Council and the Citizens of Jonesboro greatly appreciate his service.
