A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE CITY WATER AND LIGHT BOARD

WHEREAS, the City Council has determined a need to place council members on city boards and commissions per Ordinance No. 3663; and

WHEREAS, the Ordinance No. 3663 requires the appointment of two city council members to the City Water and Light Board on January 1, 2007 or the next available appointment;

THEREFORE NOW BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

The City Council shall appoint the following individuals to the City Water and Light Board of Directors with the following terms and representing the following wards:
