A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT A BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN

WHEREAS, the ability of City government to function efficiently in the event of an emergency, whether by actions of man or God, is necessary and vital to the well-being of the citizens of Jonesboro and,

WHEREAS, City has utilized the resources of a firm to develop a Business Continuity Plan to guide City officials and staff in the event of an emergency;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

Section 1: The Business Continuity Plan is hereby adopted.

PASSED AND APPROVED this 15^th day of December, 2009.
