RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS APPROVING THE GRANT AGREEMENT FOR THE JONESBORO MUNICIPAL AIRPORT, DATED SEPTEMBER 13, 2002 WITH THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro is required to approve by Resolution the Grant Agreement for Project No. 3-05-0033-010-2002 which is for improvements at the Jonesboro Municipal Airport with the Federal Aviation Administration; and
WHEREAS, the Grant Agreement provides that a grant of $1,368,525.00 will be payable to the City of Jonesboro for improvements at the Jonesboro Municipal Airport by the Federal Aviation Administration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JONESBORO, ARKANSAS:
That the Grant Agreement with the Federal Aviation Administration for improvements at the Jonesboro Municipal Airport, dated September 13, 2002 attached hereto is hereby approved and accepted.
THAT the Mayor and City Clerk is directed to sign all documents, as necessary to assure that the Grant Agreement is submitted to the United States Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration.
THAT this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
