AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 1930, JONESBORO MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 8.44.14 ENTITLED “DOWNTOWN PARKING” ADDING SECTION (F3)

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that:

SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 1930, Jonesboro Municipal Code Section 8.44.14, subsection F3 be amended to read as follows: No parking on Arrowhead Drive, on the north and south sides, at the intersection on Shoshoni Drive.

SECTION 2: It is found and declared that an emergency exists and this ordinance being necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety shall take effect from and after its passage and approval.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21^st day of September, 1992.
