Jonesboro Urban Renewal & Housing Authority contract to provide low-income housing assistance to residents

Jonesboro Urban Renewal & Housing Authority entered into a cooperation agreement with the City to provide low-income housing assistance to the residents of Jonesboro and in lieu of taxes a set amount per housing unit will be paid to the City and was signed on June 9, 1977.
The Cooperation Agreement was amended in 1989. Details of the 1989 amendment are attached.
The cooperation agreement was amended again by RES-07:49, which was approved by the City Council on June 5, 2007. Details of the 2007 amendment are also attached.
