BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 954 known as the zoning ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classifications as follows:

From Residential (R-1) to Industrial (I-1) the following described property:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

All that part of the North half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 14 North - Range 4 East, Lying Northeast of U.S. Highway No 63, less and except Moore Road Right of Way, containing 74.55 acres more or less, subject to all rights of ways and easements of record.
