RESOLUTION TO INCORPORATE THE LAND DISPOSITION SUPPLEMENT WITH THE NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM URBAN RENEWAL PLAN

WHEREAS, during the execution of the Jonesboro Center Neighborhood Development Program, ARK. A-24, it has been determined that a Land Disposition Supplement to the Urban Renewal Plan, (Hereinafter called the “Supplement”) is necessary to the orderly progression and timely completion of the project; and
WHEREAS, the Supplement has been reviewed and approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Jonesboro, and
WHEREAS, the supplement has been presented to the Mayor and City Council of the City of Jonesboro on this the 18th day of November, 1974;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS:
That the Land Disposition Supplement which is attached to this resolution be incorporated with the Neighborhood Development Program Urban Renewal Plan and is hereby approved.
