RESOLUTION TO PURCHASE RITTER PROPERTY

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, sitting in regular assembled session this 15^th day of February, 1954 that the Mayor and City clerk be authorized and directed to enter into a contract for the purchase of Ritter property being 239 feet facing on Washington, East of the Safeway property, south 128 feet of said property goes through to Monroe Avenue with remainder being 126 feet deep, at a price of $56,000.00.
