RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATING AND ABANDONING OF A PORTION OF MOCKINGBIRD LANE

WHEREAS, a petition has been filed for the abandonment and closing of that portion of Mockingbird Lane in Marlow Acres, 2^nd Addition, to the City of Jonesboro, Ark., lying south of a line running east from the Southeast corner of Lot 9 to the east right-of-way line of said lane;

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Clerk publish notice to all persons interested as required by law for 2 weekly insertions in a newspaper published in the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, giving notice that said petition will be heard at a meeting of the City Council of in the City Hall on the 15^th of February, 1971, at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be reached on the agenda of the Council.
