A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CITY OF JONESBORO EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK

Body

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro adopted its Employee Handbook in 1995, and

 

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro needs to amend the Employee Handbook

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

 

Section 1:  The existing sick leave provisions of the City of Jonesboro Employee Handbook Section II Titled Employee Benefits shall be amended according to Attachment A to change 720 hours to 1440 hours in the 4th paragraph under sick leave Fire Department per Arkansas Code 14-53-108.

 

Section 2:  The existing City of Jonesboro Employee Handbook Section I Titled Employment Policies shall be amended according to Attachment B to add another sentence to the Employment Status part time employees.

 

Section 3:  The existing City of Jonesboro Employee Handbook Section II Titled Employee Benefits Non-Civil Service Employees shall be amended according to Attachment C.
