Strip of land 50 feet in width being previously dedicated as a street right of way which adjoins Johnson Avenue on its north and runs thence south to the Frisco railroad bounded by Lot 13 of Block 1 of Barrett’s Addition to the City and Block 2 of Portis Lumber Addition to the City on its east side, and by Lots 11, 12, 13, 14 and 1 of Block 2 of Barrett’s Addition on its west side of Section 18, Township 14 North, Range 4 East.
City of Jonesboro conveyed the property to City Water and Light. Quitclaim deed dated April 7, 1964. The copy on file is unsigned by the City. The property is located somewhere within CWL’s current maintenance facility, south of Johnson Avenue, west of Main Street, north of the railroad tracks.
