RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND ACCEPT THE BID FROM GALLAGHER AND COMPANY FOR APERMA INSURANCE

WHEREAS, the Finance and Public Works Committees have reviewed Bid No. 2004:68; and

WHEREAS, the Purchasing Agent and Mayor’s Office recommend staying with the APERMA Insurance;

BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that:

That the low bid meeting bid specifications of Gallagher and Company be approved and accepted for the total premium price of $264, 995.00  to be paid from the 2005 Budget Departmental Insurance Accounts.
