1. Call to order by Mayor at 7:30 p.m.

2. Roll call by Clerk

3. Approval of minutes from January 16, 1995, as mailed.

ยท Proclamation recognizing March 20, 1995, as the "Day of the Arts".

4. City Attorney:

(A) 3rd reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Commercial Three, located south of Harrisburg Road and east of Gladiolus Street. (Phillips Investments)

(B) 3rd reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Commercial Three, located on Highway 49 South, just north of Leon Kirksey Road. (James McDaniel)

(C) 1st reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Commercial Three, located on the southwest corner intersection of Dan Avenue and Myette Street. (Jerry Craft)

(D) 1st reading - An ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 2547, Title 2.20, Section 2.20.10 for the purpose of setting a deadline on all items brought before the City Council.

5. Traffic Resolution requesting a "YIELD" sign to be placed at B.P. Way on the east bound segment into the entrance of Trail Mobile Plant, located in Craighead Industrial Park.

6. A Resolution expressing the willingness of the City of Jonesboro to utilize Federal Aid Surface Transportation Program Enhancement Funds for the Bypass Beautification Project. (Commerce Drive to Stadium Boulevard)
