AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 14 KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CHANGE IN ZONING BOUNDARIES.

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

Section 1.  That Title 14 known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the following changes in zoning classification as follows:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

TRACT "B" A part of the southeast quarter of Section 9, Township 14 North, Range 4 East Jonesboro, Arkansas being more particularly described as follows:

Begin at the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 9, Township 14 North, Range 4 East Jonesboro, Arkansas; thence S88º 14'31' W 263.87 feet to the point of beginning proper for Tract "B"; thence S88º14'31" W. 388.51 feet, thence N23º51'00"W 182.59 feet, thence S89º58'21" W 462.24 feet, thence S00º01'45" W. 154.86 feet to the point of beginning proper containing 1.58 acres, more or less, subject to all rights of way and easements of record.
