RESOLUTION TO EXPRESS APPRECIATION TO NEIL STALLINGS FOR HIS SERVICE AS AN ALDERMAN AND MAYOR OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO

WHEREAS, Neil J. Stallings has served the City of Jonesboro, as Alderman since January 1, 1962 and Mayor since January 1, 1967, and,

WHEREAS, the Jonesboro City Council desires to make this Resolution a part of the permanent record, and

WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes the excellent and untiring service Neil J. Stallings has rendered to the City of Jonesboro and its citizens during these years he has served as Alderman and Mayor of Jonesboro.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that NEIL J. STALLINGS has performed a great service for our City and its people and the Jonesboro City Council and the citizens of Jonesboro greatly appreciate his service.
