BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS:

 

SECTION 1: CHAPTER 117, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS BE AMENDED AS RECOMMENDED BY THE METROPOLITAN AREA PLANNING COMMISSION BY THE CHANGES IN ZONING CLASSIFICATION AS FOLLOWS:

 

FROM Residential, R-1 TO C-3, General Commercial, THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY:

 

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

 

The west 80’ of Lot 11, Block “B” of Spence Subdivision of a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, Craighead County, Arkansas, as shown by Plat in Deed Record 123, Page 232 at Jonesboro, Arkansas.

 

SECTION 2: THE REZONING OF THIS PROPERTY SHALL ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS:

 

1.                     Site details shall be submitted for approval of the Final Site Development Plan to the MAPC.

2.                     A final development plan shall be required to be reviewed and approved by the MAPC and shall include final details on drainage, grading, access management, signage, lighting photometrics, landscaping/buffer screening considered in this petition.
