ORDINANCE REQUIRING AN OATH AND BOND FROM THE STREET COMMISSIONER

The Street Commissioner shall take an oath to faithfully discharge the duties of his office, and shall make and file with the recorder, a bond to be approved by the Council, in the sum of five hundred dollars, conditioned that he shall faithfully discharge the duties of his office and safely keep and deliver to his successor in office, all implements or tools, books or material belonging to said City, that may be in his possession when he ceases to be Street Commissioner.
