AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE AND ABANDON AN UNUSED UTILITY EASEMENT

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that:

SECTION 1: The City of Jonesboro, Arkansas hereby releases, vacates and abandons all its rights, together with the rights of the public generally, in and to the easement designated as follows:

The unused utility easement located between the east 225.9 feet of Lots 1 and 9, Block "C" of Replat of part Spring Valley Subdivision, as shown by plat in Plat Cabinet "B" Page 44 in the office of the Circuit Clerk for Craighead County in Jonesboro, Arkansas and as shown on the attached plat.

SECTION 2: A copy of the ordinance certified by the City Clerk shall be filed in the office of the Recorder of Craighead County, Arkansas, and shall be filed in the Deed Records of such office.
