MAPC MINUTES
MARCH 11, 1982
The Metropolitan Area Planning Commission met Thursday, March 11, 1982 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Blalock, Mr. White, Mr. Tilton, Mr. Ball, Mr. Fehrs and Mr. Smith. MEMBERS ABSENT: Mr. Cooper, Mr. Farmer and Mr. Scott.
Other Present: Mike Cameron and John Broadaway.
#1 John Heringer Jr. request approval of a site development plan for “Jubilation”, a private club. The general location of this property is East of Gilmore Drive and North of the Highway 63 Bypass.
Mr. White made a motion to approve request seconded by Mr. Fehrs with the stipulation that a Fire Hydrant be placed on the right-of-way near this property as per the request of the Fire Inspector with the Jonesboro Fire Department. Request was APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
With no further business the meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
