RESOLUTION TO INCREASE COMMERCIAL SANITATION RATES

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas as recommended by the Sanitation Committee, an increase in commercial sanitation rates by two dollars ($2.00) a month, or the equivalent, based on volume and number of collections (See fee tabulation attachment). These commercial sanitation rates shall take effect April 1, 1995.
