ORDINANCE DECLARING LOOSE STOCK ON CERTAIN STREETS TO BE A MISDEMEANOR AND SETTING FINES

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to drive any loose horses, mules, jacks, jennets, cattle of any kind, or swine, upon or through Main Street on any portion of the same from Cate Avenue to Strawn Avenue, or upon or through the public squares of the City of Jonesboro.
Any person or persons violating the preceding section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not exceeding Twenty-five Dollars.
