ORDINANCE DECLARING IT A MISDEMEANOR TO SPIT ON SIDEWALKS AND SETTING FINES

It shall be deemed a misdemeanor for any person to spit or expectorate upon the sidewalks, crossings, or depot platforms, within the City of Jonesboro.
Any person convicted of violating the provisions of the preceding section shall be fined in any sum not less than One Dollar and not exceeding Ten Dollars.
