3. Resolution to approve and endorse segments of certain routes through the Jonesboro incorporated area as official segments of the state scenic byway known as the Crowley's Ridge Parkway.
4. Resolution to alter the official route designated as a state scenic byway by seeking an amendment of certain portions that lie within the city limits of Jonesboro, Arkansas.
5. Adjournment.
