RESOLUTION ISSUING AIRPORT BONDS

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute and deliver, on behalf of the City of Jonesboro, Certificates of Indebtedness, in various amounts and dates, as shall be required for financing improvements to a part of the Airport property as described in Ordinance 933, not exceeding the amount of bonds authorized; the Certificates to be payable form proceeds of sale of bonds so authorized; and to execute contracts pursuant to said improvement and ordinance.
PROVIDED, that there shall be no promise, pledge, agreement or contract that shall require expenditure of any governmental funds of the City nor of any funds of or from any source other than those arising from said bond issue or from use or sale of land described in said Ordinance 933.
