RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A COMPLAINT COMMITTEE TO CONSIDER COMPLAINTS PERTAINING TO CEBRIDGE ACQUISITIONS CO. LLC (SUDDENLINK) AS STATED IN THEIR FRANCHISE AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, Mayor Harold Perrin requested a Complaint Committee to be formed to consider complaints pertaining to Suddenlink cable TV system, its operations, services, charges, etc. Such complaints may be lodged with the City Clerk.
WHEREAS, the Committee may act on the complaint as filed, and in any event will refer it to grantee (Suddenlink) if the complaining party has not previously given the grantee (Suddenlink) a chance to resolve the matter. The Committee may request the complaining party or parties to come to a committee meeting and furnish additional details.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that:
Section 1: The Mayor requested a Complaint Committee to be established to consider complaints pertaining to Suddenlink cable TV system, its operations, services, and charges for the City of Jonesboro. Such complaints me be lodged with the City Clerk.
Section 2: The following members of this committee shall be: Charles Frierson, Ann Williams and Sam Long for a term of two (2) years expiring on May 31, 2016.
